- Full name, email address, and phone number — when you register for the School of Intercession
- Your prayer request, and optionally your name and contact details — when you submit a Prayer Request (you may also submit this anonymously)
- Attendance records — confirming whether you’ve completed a Group Deliverance session, used to determine eligibility for 1-on-1 Counselling
Why we collect it
We use this information only to:
- Process and confirm your bookings and registrations
- Verify eligibility for 1-on-1 Counselling (Group Deliverance attendance)
- Pray for the requests submitted to us
- Contact you regarding a booking, registration, or request you’ve made
- Send order confirmations for book purchases
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Prayer requests are kept private
Prayer requests submitted through this site are never displayed publicly. They are visible only to authorised Women of Faith Network administrators, for the sole purpose of praying for you and following up if you’ve asked us to.
How your information is stored
Your information is stored securely in our website’s database, hosted with Truehost, and protected by HTTPS encryption and restricted administrator access.
Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information, where we’re not legally required to retain it
- Withdraw consent for us to hold your information at any time
